We accompany our clients through the entire process regarding the BIA, following the path we had the chance to go through when we were first certified.
We privilege stakeholder engagement in the design of our projects, promote cooperation and co-ordination among stakeholders, draw upon a broad network of national and international partnerships and research as a component of shared knowledge development. Our guideline is the AccountAbility AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000SES). We use this methodology for consulting, and apply the same methodology and steps to accompany companies through the BIA process:

Positioning: Priorities/Focus areas
Action Plan: Activities, Resources, and Indicators
Evaluation: Results, impacts
In each stage of our process, we make use of the tools developed by the B Lab for each dimension of the impact assessment: community, environment, governance, workers, and customers.
The methodology will always follow the same steps, but the duration and depth will vary according to each company’s stage and ambition.
