Service experience

BIA Advisory

Anthesis accompanies organizations in understanding the diagnosis of B Corp. The work methodology is made up of 5 phases:

1. Training and capacity building: it is intended to start the process with a dual training for the strategic people of the organization.

2. Diagnosis: Anthesis will analyse the current state of the organization with respect to the five areas considered in the B Corp certification: governance, environment, employees, society, and community, to ensure the alignment of responses to company circumstances.

3. Medium-term improvement opportunities: changes will be proposed aimed at improving the operational performance of the company in case the organization does not achieve the minimum score (80 points).

4. Short-term improvement opportunities: once the verification report has been received by B Lab and in the event that a minimum score of 80 points is not available, Anthesis will review the entire questionnaire again and identify possible solutions and improvements.

5. Verification companion: Anthesis will provide technical assistance during the verification process of the final evaluation.

Anthesis works with companies on sustainability strategy design projects using various impact measurements and diagnostic tools.

Anthesis is an official partner of Ecovadis for Spain and Latin America.

B in the Boardroom

Our sessions highlight the importance of generating a positive impact as well as the relevance of the vision in the organization: believing in a better way of doing business.

The sessions are structured in three main blocs:

1. Learning sustainability: interactive trainings, explaining sustainability concepts with inspiring examples of business with purpose.

2. Sharing sustainability: boost collaboration, teamwork, and communication by playing a gamified group activity.

3. Commitment: collect and share the work done and the experiences in the previous sessions, and especially make a commitment to step further in a responsible leadership.

Anthesis delivers bespoke trainings depending on the needs and the background of the organisation, but our methodology includes different actions to reinforce the main messages on the topics discussed, including in general terms the following aspects: governance, environment, team, customers, and community.

Furthermore, Anthesis has developed its methodology for dynamizing sessions: Meetfulness® is a set of skills, methodologies and instruments that allow to create the conditions for a satisfactory development of the group processes.

Anthesis has delivered projects related to training and group sessions on sustainability, training on SDGs, sessions to define the sustainability strategy of the organization or materiality.

Carbon B Radical

Anthesis provides support for companies to draw a Net Zero roadmap to reduce their CO2 emissions to become a Net Zero organization and adapt to the risks and consequences of climate change for their activity.

We accompany companies in the following phases:
- Carbon footprint calculation.
- Reduction plan or Science Based Targets (SBT) definition.
- Neutralization roadmap, defining compensation and neutralization mechanisms.
- Design and communication of the Net Zero Policy.

Anthesis has a wide experience in working with companies, within different sectors, to support in the carbon footprint calculation, SBT definition or Net Zero Strategy (neutralization roadmap and Net Zero Policy).

Marketing and Communications

Our proposal takes into account the SDG Compass methodology and can be developed using the B Lab’s SDG Action Manager in order to set business goals, define actions and indicators and track the company’s progress towards SDG.

The accompaniment process will depend on the level of maturity of the sustainability and the current state of the company, as well as the risks and opportunities that have been identified for the business in terms of the SDGs.
The methodology includes the following steps, that can be adapted according to the context of the organization:

1. Understanding the SDGs: the importance of incorporating the SDGs into the company’s strategy will be explained and the priority SDGs for the organization will be identified.

2. Aligning with the SDGs: this phase aims to align the current work plan of the organization with the SDGs goals.

3. Integrating the SDGs: functionally integrate the SDGs in the organization and at all levels.

Anthesis has delivered projects related with SDGs, such as workshops, in-company training, technical assistance for the implementation of the SDGs, assistance for aligning the sustainability strategy with SDGs, among others.
